Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org-writer
I have a simple document open in Writer, a two-column table with about 30 rows. I right-click the table and click "Table...", and browse the tabs looking for some options to adjust. I don't have to actually change any of the options, just browse the tabs. After several seconds, Writer will crash, popping up a dialog saying the document will be recovered next time. If I launch oowriter from a console, it prints "Logic error 3" when it crashes. I am attaching the document, though until now I had not actually saved it to disk. openoffice.org-writer: Installed: 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu1 Candidate: 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu1 Version table: *** 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu1 0 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com hardy-updates/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6 0 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com hardy/main Packages ** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- OpenOffice Writer crashes with STDERR "Logic error 3" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/243051 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
