Since Ubuntu server doesn't come with a GUI by default, you will have to change your sources.list file from the terminal, using your favorite text editor. It is possible that the Argentina mirrors are not synced correctly or completely, which could be why you are getting the error. Changing mirrors solves most problems like this.
