Public bug reported:
The task manager widget should:
a) detect when it's against the right hand side of the screen, vertically
aligned, and pop up mouseovers towards the left (rather than to the right and
off the screen)
b) give the option to pop up above other windows when the mouse touches the
[right|left|top|bottom] etc. Not very useful as a task manager if you have to
minimize to get to it
