I'm not sure it's connected to compiz, but I guess so.
When I'm browsing the internet with firefox, or browsing my computer, or doing
anything, once in a while my content on the screen starts blinking (selecting
and deselecting) and I can do nothing until it stops (about 5-10 seconds after).
