Ok, I managed to get my console output via de serial port to a log file. I think there are some serious errors within the log file. The log file is attached to this posting. When I log into my Alpha 1 on my vmware workstation the pc speaker gives me a noise like disturbance on a radio and it totaly jams. Any idea's.
