Hum. "Mailbox is in use" errors are returned by the mail server, and are
indeed an error indication. BUT -- and this is important -- this is NOT
an Evolution error.

Evolution is doing the right thing, it just happened the mail server
decided it could not accept your login. Usually "mailbox in use" means
you are already connected to the mail server, so this (new) session is
rejected.

I am personally inclined to close this bug invalid. I will also adjust
the description.
