I've tried it out what Timo Aaltonen said, but it didn't work. Xorg loads a module "wacom" but no specific options for the pencil (absolute positioning) and nothing is added to xorg.conf. GIMP also only detects a normal "configured input device" and special graphic tablet features don't work.
