This beeping is not generated by ksnapshot nor KDE, but rather caused by
the kernel/pc speaker driver reacting to a special signal. Either try
turning it off in your PC's BIOS or blacklist the appropriate pc speaker
driver (Google usually helps with finding out what the driver is
called).
