Your BIOS has claimed that the MCFG area is at e0000000, but has not reserved that range of memory. As a precaution, the kernel has disabled MMCONFIG (a mechanism for accessing the extended configuration registers on pci-e cards). This is a fault with your BIOS, not the operating system, but you're unlikely to ever notice.
