For example, I want download some file from my e-mail by net. After the
process of downloading the title of document typed on Russian is seen as no
reading set of Russian letters. Wheh I change code of the page before
downloading from cirilic UTF-8 on cirilic Windows-1251 the title of downloaded
file is
typed by right and readable way.You can see:
before downloading- День Строителя.doc ( The day of builder) and after
downloading- дЕМЭ яРПНХРЕКЪ.doc ( no readable)
I use by Ubuntu 8.04

way for Russian.
