Try to change the font in /etc/default/console-setup and set a bigger font than the default one: FONTFACE="Terminus" FONTSIZE="24x12" If you do then "/etc/init.d/console-setup restart" it'll give you an error. In the comments of /etc/default/console-setup it's written that Terminus size 24x12 is valid.
If you use setfont (package kbd-compat) and load directly a big font (Lat15-Terminus24x12.psf.gz) in the /usr/share/consolefonts directory i'll give you another error. Hope this comment helped. -- console-tools can't handle 12x22 fonts https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/23429 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
