In 2.4.1 (Ubuntu OOo) svg does not render properly. Test case is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Protractor.svg#file http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/fc/Protractor.svg
Protractor.svg renders improperly.
