Could I put forward the idea of disabling compiz by default on non- nvidia cards for the intrepid release, since from my perspective making all 3d apps unusable on this hardware by default is unsatisfactory.
Either that or a tray icon to disable compiz. Or even better automaticly disable compiz when an opengl app attempts to make a drawing surface.
