I'm having difficulty repeating this. Just to clarify, the steps I am
taking to try and reproduce this are:

1. Open Nautilus
2. Click on Help -> Contents (or just press the F1 key)

In my case, the help window appears. In your case, I assume you get an
error dialog with the error "There was an error displaying help: Help
document user-guide/user-guide.xml not found"

I would be grateful if you could confirm these steps and the behaviour
you see. Also, could you please make sure that you have the ubuntu-docs
meta-package installed:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-docs
