Sorry, but I can't confirm this. From my point of view the translation
is correct:

msgid "Mark the selected messages as junk"
msgstr "Die gewählten Nachrichten als unerwünscht markieren"

#: ../ui/evolution-mail-message.xml.h:53
msgid "Mark the selected messages as not being junk"
msgstr "Die gewählten Nachrichten als nicht unerwünscht markieren"

"junk" is translated as "unerwünscht" and "not being junk" is translated
as "nicht unerwünscht". The toolbar buttons are labelled like in the
English version. Would you please start evolution in an English
environment and check if you can notice any differences in the tooltips
of those buttons? Example:

~$ export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
~$ evolution

If there are any differences it may be helpful if you can provide some
screenshots. Thank You!
