I can reproduce the error in the screenshot by the following steps:

1. Create a stopped job, for example by printing to a printer which is
turned off

2. Run "lpstat -o" in a terminal window, the job is listed

3. Start system-config-printer, right-click printer, and choose "View
print queue"

4. Right-click the job and click "Cancel". The job does not disappear.
Do not close the window.

5. Run "lpstat -o" again. The job is not in the output any more

6. Right-click the job and click "Cancel". You get a "client-error-not-
possible" and the job stays in the list.

7. Close the job queue window and reopen it. Now the job really
disappears.

This shows that right-click + Cancel really cancels the print job but
they are not removed from the job list window. Upstream bug in system-
config-printer.
