Moved to Intrepid last night, and I'm experiencing this bug. It seems to me that the problem occurs because in /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs on line 120 it tries to grep /etc/network/run/ifstate, which doesn't exist. Changing that to /var/run/network/ifstate solved this for me. Although, I'm not sure if that's totally right.
