I got a similar problem when running a routine update. I attach the last part of the output from sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -o "Debug::pkgProblemResolver=1"
I am trying to solve it by 1. uninstalling schooltool2008 2. runnning the update 3. reinstalling schooltool. 1 and 2 are going on fine.
