Hello Ben, Look under the recording tab for the muted channel. Also, check out the options inside File menu. I switched to 8.10 alpha 3 last night, and the volume control is a bit different. I suppose there should be options or settings under the File menu. Try changing the devices and see if any of the recording controls are muted.
