It seems that bug 216688 is a dupe of this, although slightly different. There the user has misinterpreted the error as suggesting they need a 1.5 TB (rather than 1.5GiB) /usr partition. Reporting the needed size in bytes seems unnecessarily unfriendly, and it would be better if this information was presented by the partitioner, when the user can easily and obviously do something about it.
