No "/etc/ld.so.conf.d/xen.conf" containing "hwcap 0 nosegneg" isn't missing. The output of "ldconfig -p" even lists the xen libraries including there hwcap flags(?). What seems to fail is the identification of the "nosegneq hwcap", but i have no idea how to verify this.
