I have this bug too. When zd1211rw module is loaded, I have a eth1 interface. I can configure it freely, but I cannot establish a conection. Switching to ndiswrapper driver helps: I get a wlan0 interface and the connection works (at least in 802.11b mode). Dmesg output is attached.
