Well, I had been working with a bunch of D600 laptops. The one in question had a screen with a maximum resolution of 1024x768. The others supported 1400x1050 natively. I neglected to check the actual native resolution for the system in question. Therefore, I didn't really discover a fix. I just found that I was not actually seeing this bug.
Make sure that your laptop actually supports a higher resolution natively. Keep in mind that the D600s are normally advertised with support for 1400x1050, but that just applies to external screens. The built-in LCD doesn't always support this high resolution. I hope that helps. -- Wrong resolution on ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/204104 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
