Fixed the issues mentioned above and some general cleanup. Changelog: * Fix init.d script using /usr/sbin/openntpd instead of /usr/sbin/ntpd. * Use LSB init-functions (inspired by ntpd init.d script). * Implement try-restart, reload and status in init.d script (Closes: #183988).
