It happened several times on my Lenovo V100.  Not always, but seemed to
happen when I double-clicked on music files (mp3 or ogg) in Nautilus or
when I dragged those files from nautilus to Totem.  My entire system
crashed (screen freezes and didn't respond to any keypress). I didn't
pay attention to mouse pointer movement.  Hard reset required. It
doesn't happen when I open music files from Totem menu.

I have Intel 945GM, and Compiz enabled.
