Hello Mr Ubuntu, I am happy to hear from you and to be honest I am flattered 
to receive an email from the team. :)

The answer is NO, it was fixed with the version 8.04, as it now, I have it 
installed (dual boot still win & ubuntu) and the 8.04 did start correctly 
even from the boot CD.
