Happened with these packages: python-configobj (4.4.0-2) python-dateutil (1.3-1) python2.5-dev (2.5.2-2ubuntu4.1) python-dev (2.5.2-0ubuntu1) python-enthought-traits (2.0.5-1~hardy1) python-matplotlib-data (0.91.2-0ubuntu1) python-numpy (1:1.0.4-6ubuntu3) python-tz (2007k-0ubuntu2) python-matplotlib (0.91.2-0ubuntu1)
If I "import site" in Python it works fine, but dpkg-reconfigure for these packages does not work.
