Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

nm-tool is broken with the last network-manager
(0.7~~svn20080720t224551+eni1-0ubuntu1)

$ LANG=C nm-tool
mkdir: cannot create directory `/usr/bin/.libs': Permission denied
/usr/bin/nm-tool: line 117: cd:
/build/buildd/network-manager-0.7~~svn20080720t224551+eni1/test: No such file
or directory
cc: nm-tool.o: No such file or directory
cc: ../libnm-glib/.libs/libnm_glib.so: No such file or directory

 No such file or directory
cc: ../libnm-util/.libs/libnm-util.so: No such file or directory

it seems that it was the ltmain.sh generated script which was installed
in the package

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
