Public bug reported:
Network manager worked fine until today. Now it had stopped recognizing
connections. Networking actually works while using wired but the network
manager indicates that it is not configured and the app indicates that
there is no network connection. It also does not scan for wireless
anymore, and the GUI takes very long to perform any action.
