Yes, those are current. I just installed a new KVM and used those instructions. I will note that the "auth-client-config" command will hopefully be going away soon. Steve Langasek is working on a PAM configuration framework that I should be able to require and call in the ecryptfs-utils package itself to setup the pam_ecryptfs module appropriately.
