Public bug reported:

First of all, I'm French, so please excuse my English ^^

I'm actually using Ubuntu 8.04.1, but this bug exists since Ubuntu 7.10.

I have a wifi key, and it works great with p54usb. The brand and the
model don't matter because I know many people who have the same problem,
and it happens whatever the key or the card they are using. So this bug
has nothing to do with the driver.

When I connect my computer to my modem in wifi mode, the connection
works normally, but if I load some heavy websites, or if I use aMule,
the connection dies, and I must either reboot my computer or unplug and
replug my wifi key.

I have been using Fedora for a few weeks, and I didn't have this bug. In
fact, I think that it happens only with Ubuntu (and Kubuntu, Xubuntu …).

I heard that the bug disapeared in the beta of Hardy heron, during 1 or
2 weeks, and came back with the RC.
