Binary package hint: kdebase
Using Kubuntu Intrepid with KDE 4.1.0.
kdebase is currently in version 4:4.1.0-0ubuntu2.
I drop kickoff menu, i go to a non-kde application as like as synaptic or
firefox, i right-click on it and i click on Add to Desktop.
Then a bad link is located on the Desktop, it try to open the .dektop file with
text editor in place of run the application.
Other applications as Konqueror or seamonkey create correct links.
