Funny thing is, it works perfectly for me and others, but you are not
the only one to have this problem. Take a look under
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu and see if there is an index.html
file. I have one and so do many others, but there are 1 or 2 of you out
there that do not for some odd reason. Thanks!
