The same thing happens to me, so I thought I would finally report it.. looks like it's already been reported:
To reproduce: 1. Install Ubuntu 8.04.1 (GNOME I used i386 not sure if it matters) 2. Create launcher or folder on desktop or in a folder. 3. Change the items properties with the right click menu. 4. In the [item name] Properties dialog that opens, click the icon button to change it. 5. In this GTK dialog "Select Custom Icon", choose a NON-image item, such as a folder, drive, or other non-image file. 6. The GTK dialog "Select Custom Icon" will get about 10 to 20 pixels wider with each click. Anyone else have this behaviour? ** Attachment added: "First shot before clicking, second shot after" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/17023778/screenshots_illustrating_issue.tar.bz2 -- Select custom icon weired behavoir https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/210006 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
