Kuickshow is part of kdegraphics and needs imlib. kdegraphics is in main but imlib is not in main because imlib2 is in main and we don't allow duplicate code in main where possible. If someone wants to separate kuickshow from kdegraphics (svn2dist is your friend) and package that and promise to keep it maintained I'd be happy to have it back in the archives in universe.
