In libgtk 2.13 the macro "GtkSignalFunc" seems to be deprecated (Source: http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/unstable/api-index-deprecated.html)
By commenting out the GTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED flag in Config.h of the src package, the package builds successfully. I will mail the upstream and ask if there would be any effects on the functionality of the package with the above change and also inform them the same.
