Public bug reported:
Booting the kubuntu livecd, choosing french then starting it. When
started, switch to consol (ctrl+alt+f1), starting nano show strange
character instead of accent one.
After install and update, still the same problem. In X everything is
fine. That bug can be reproduce with kubuntu only. On the Ubuntu & the
Xubuntu livecd everything is fine.
