Some precisions : I tried to close thunderbird and re-open, to move to an other folder and come back, etc. No way to display the message. If I go to the same message in an other folder (in the "all message" of this gmail imap account) the message displays properly.
I have "select this folder for offline use" ON for this inbox folder I have mail.server.dafault.mime_parts_on_demand set to FALSE (to cope with the 'part 1.2' attachment bug) but I had the same problem before to change this settings, while it was set by default (TRUE).
