I saw your WISH LIST in the description, but I'm trying to understand exactly what it is what you want! And yes, this is the place to apply for wishlist items, but I have to know exactly what it is that you are requesting, so I need examples in order to confirm the behavior that you see. Examples allow us to reproduce behavior, then developers can act on it to see that the new behavior is in line with what you are asking. Note that I am unclear as to if behavior is differing from page to page. You said "Rarely the cursor will be in a text box on the page." - when does it do this (on what pages)? When does it not? Is this behavior erratic?
Please provide examples of webpages which you see this behavior on, then I can mark this bug for Wishlist.
