...but I can. Using a Thinkpad T30, Resume is broken in exactly the same way described above: The Suspend Light remains litten, and neither hard disk activity indicator nor power LED turn on. Only occurs on 2.6.27-1-generic and works fine on 2.6.26-5-generic, so it's a regression from 2.6.26 to 2.6.27!
I followed the guide DebuggingKernelSuspend and got two different magic numbers from the dmesg after reboot: [ 2.428017] Magic number: 4:800:627 [ 2.428018] Magic number: 4:456:779 [ 2.428018] tty ptyq1: hash matches Resume seems to work in single user mode though. I'll attach a dmesg, lspci -vv and lsmod. ** Attachment added: "dmesg" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/17173379/dmesg -- Resume failure on ThinkPad T61 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/255975 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
