Ubuntu better. You reported this issue a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue

There are no filesystem modules(ex:ext2/ext3/vfat) to cause floopy can't be
mounted. (Install in text mode, Ubuntu 7.10)
