Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnupg
Straight forward install... barely used gpg in the past (imported some GPG and old PGP keys). Mythbuntu and a few other packages are installed as well. System history: originally installed with 7.10, did apt-get for mythbuntu. Later upgraded to 8.04. According to this: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GnuPrivacyGuardHowto#GPG%202.0 it is suggested to "uninstall gnupg before installing gnupg2" However, when I do so, aptitude signals that it is going to remove many other components which I do not want removed.
