Quite frankly, from the Changelog I don't see why is so important for this release to be in the archive. Anyhow, I assume that there is no impact on libsvn-notify-mirror-perl since we are in perfect sync with Debian for that. No open bugs in Debian/Ubuntu, and since we are very early in the FF period I'm giving my +1.
