I was able to reproduce it... but it's not a bug.

This is how I reproduced it:

sudo apt-get remove fontypython
sudo apt-get install fontypython & while true; do /usr/bin/fontypython; sleep 
1; done

You will first see a lot of "No file or directory" errors, then the one
reported.

CyranoB: most probably you have clicked fontypython's icon before
install was really finished.

(in case I'm wrong, you can reopen the bug... but are you able to
reproduce it in some way?)
