Julian Andres Klode stepped down from the Developer Membership Board at
the end of his initial year of service. The Technical Board thanks him
for his service.

This is a call for volunteers[1] to fill his vacated seat.

The DMB is responsible for reviewing and approving new Ubuntu
Developers[2]. Volunteers must be Ubuntu Core Developers or MOTU[3], and
should be well qualified to evaluate prospective Ubuntu Developers and
decide when to entrust them with developer privileges or to grant them
Ubuntu membership status.

Volunteers must expect to be able to attend the majority of DMB
meetings. Currently these take place on Google Meet, are scheduled on
alternate Mondays with meetings alternating between 1300 UTC and 1530
UTC, and last around an hour. Meeting times can be negotiated and
adjusted by board members as needed. We'd like volunteers to commit to a
one year minimum, but DMB members can resign at any time.

If you are able to volunteer, please contact Technical Board members
privately.

On behalf of the Technical Board,

Robie
