A number of these bugs are irrelevant for hardy, since the move to pm-utils. The lack of hotkeys_over_acpi is a kernel bug that's happened in almost every release I can remember, and I'm bored of asking the kernel team to ensure that patches don't get dropped between releases and being told it won't happen again.
