I ran into dependency problems. linux-image-2.6.24-15-386_2.6.24-15.27_i386.deb depends on module-init-tools_3.3-pre11-4ubuntu5_i386.deb which depends on libc6_2.7-10ubuntu3_i386.deb. I don't mind replacing module_init_tools, but libc6 scares me a little. Is it safe to replace the Gutsy libc6 with the Hardy libc6? It will probably lead to more dependency problems.
