There is a GUI utility in the repos called gui-apt-key that works, but has some issues (e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gui-apt-key/+bug/282185) I can only seem to get it working properly from Terminal with sudo... and then not all of the time. Definitely a package that needs some TLC.
