They might be complaining about the Focal versions, vs. what's in Hirsute or in Debian.

In those cases, the question I linked to on Ask Ubuntu would answer why it's not in the latest version of curl ;)

several times since then. Is there a reason that the Debian package hasn't
been updated? If so, where can I track that conversation?
