You meant I need to create a "debdiff"? At the SponsorsQueue page, there is a link to an explanation at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Recipes/Debdiff but that page doesn't exist. But I will read the man page later.
Is there in the Ubuntu community sometimes online meetups where one can learn how to properly package/debdiff packages?
